The House of Rush- Rush Blogger Meet



Hi everyone!
On Thursday 3rd October I headed down to the Rush Blogger Meet up (#RushBloggerMeet) at the House of Rush flagship salon in Piccadilly Circus.

The event was organised by Becky (Lipgloss and Lashes) and Laura (Lauzzenger).


On first impressions all I can say is that I have never been to a salon as beautiful as this! From the marbled floors to the crystal chandeliers and the white and gold chic décor, this place is truly mesmerising.




I had the pleasure of choosing between a Bliss Fabulips treatment or Oxygen Facial (Oxygenator). I opted for the oxygen facial after hearing that it can be performed over makeup without risking it smearing all over! I was informed that the oxygen blast is also good for dry eyes, which is certainly something I experience. All in all this was a very refreshing and relaxing experience.

There were a number of products ranging from beauty to skin and hair care on display. The salon also offers products and services for male clients…so no one is left out :)

Botox demonstrations were also shown on the night. RUSH offers anti-ageing treatments and injections through their partnership with Epsom Skin Clinics. A number of services are offered including pigmentation removal and medical skin peels.


There were manicure stations both upstairs and downstairs which were very popular. I opted for a lovely rich red O.P.I manicure. Thought I would choose a shade that I would not usually go for in terms of nail polishes… some what stepping out of the box… it is also a very festive colour and very appropriate as Christmas is only round the corner!





The event was absolutely enjoyable. It was a delight meeting so many lovely bloggers. Truly great when you finally get the opportunity to meet people behind the blogs and twitter accounts!
