Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Daily All-In-One Blemish Balm- BB Cream Review (Medium)

Blemish Blams/ Beauty Balms are more commonly known as BB Creams. They have been highly popular in Asia and the trend has also hit the Western market. BB creams provide natural-looking skin coverage and acts somewhat like a tinted moisturiser.

I love medium to full coverage foundations thus have delayed trying BB creams. However, this summer I decided to try Garnier’s Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream for sensitive skin. I opted for the Sensitive Skin option since there was a promise of hypoallergenic properties and SPF 25 UV protection mentioned on the packaging. Since I have relatively sensitive skin which suffers from sunburn easily I thought this option would be best.

The front of the packaging contains the following information regarding the product:
·         Reduces the appearance of redness
·         Evens tone and boosts glow
·         Blurs imperfections
·         24hr hydration
·         SPF 25 UV protection

Now, for the verdict... I ABSOLUTELY love this product. I have been using it throughout the summer and I adore the glow it gives to the skin. It also provides a good coverage and an even balance in tone. I found that it provided a smooth and radiant effect ultimately improving the appearance of my skin.

When I wear the Garnier BB cream, I apply a fine layer of powder over it to give a nice matte finish. This combination then provides me with a longer, fresher appearance to my skin without the need for too much retouch.

How has your skin been keeping in this summer’s heat? Would love to know what your favourite BB creams are :)
